I love this mixer!! I have been making cakes and icing non-stop today that I barely had time to take a pic and post it. I was making icing in this pic.

- Hello, my name is Nhi (pronounced KNEE). I am a lucky wife to a wonderful husband and a “momma” to a very active 3-year-old boy. I love to spend time with children and to do fun, creative, artsy things such as painting, taking pictures and making specialty cakes. I always loved taking pictures, but my true love of photography began after the birth of my son. I always try to capture every moment of his life and I ALWAYS have a camera on me! I love my Kitchen Aid. I plan on using mine today too for a batch of cookies.
