This year, I will take a random snapshot and post it on this blog every day for 365 days.
For my first picture of the year, I chose the cake balls that I made for my husband's birthday today. They are super easy to make. First, I crumbled up cake and mixed it with homemade buttercream icing. Next, I made little balls from the mixture and popped them in the freezer. You can use your hands or use a meatball tool. After about 30 minutes or whenever they are set, dip the balls in melted chocolate. Enjoy!

ReplyDeletecrush up oreos, and mix with cream cheese and roll up and dip just like these...they are yummy too. I'm going to have to try the cake ones!
